How do SENJIN drops work?

SENJIN operates on a limited drop model. Each piece, which we call an "artifact," is released in a finite quantity at a specific date and time announced beforehand. Due to the exclusive nature of our products, once a drop sells out, it will not be restocked. To receive notifications and exclusive access, we highly recommend joining our mailing list.

How long will my order take to arrive?

For this launch, Senjin is running a special limited pre-order drop. Each artifact in this collection is produced in finite quantity, and once the drop closes, no additional units will be made. Here’s how your order’s journey works:

🧵 Production
After the drop ends, your artifact enters production. This stage typically takes 7–9 business days.

🚚 Shipping to Us
Once created, it travels to our fulfillment team. This usually takes 6–8 business days.

📦 Packaging & Final Shipping
As soon as your artifact arrives, we package it within 1–3 business days and ship it to you.

Domestic delivery normally takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

You’ll get a tracking number the moment your order ships, so you can watch it glide closer to your door ✨

Note: This made-to-order flow is unique to this first drop. Future releases will ship much faster since inventory will be prepared ahead of time.

However, all Senjin drops will continue to be limited and exclusive. Once a drop sells out or closes, the artifacts in it will not be restocked.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Due to the extremely limited nature of our drops, all sales are final. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for sizing errors. We urge you to consult our sizing guide carefully before completing your purchase. If you believe you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
