Senjin Inc. ships exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not offered at this time.

2. Pre-Order Production & Order Processing

Most Senjin drops follow a pre-order model. Products are manufactured after the drop concludes.

Once the drop ends:

  • Orders are sent to our manufacturer.

  • Production typically requires 7–9 business days.

  • After production, items are shipped to our fulfillment location.

Once received:

  • Orders are processed and packaged within 1–3 business days.

  • Processing may take longer during product launches, holidays, or periods of high volume.

3. Manufacturer-to-Fulfillment Transit

Transit time from the manufacturer to our fulfillment location typically ranges 6–8 business days.
These estimates may vary due to carrier delays, supply chain conditions, or other factors outside our control.

4. Shipping to Customers

After processing, orders ship domestically within the United States using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Standard domestic delivery typically ranges 3–7 business days, depending on destination.

  • Standard shipping costs are included in the product price.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Senjin Inc. is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect shipping information, or other factors outside our control

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Senjin products are often limited in quantity and may sell out quickly.
Pre-order and made-to-order items will include extended production and delivery timelines, which are always stated on the product page.

All sales for limited drops and pre-orders are considered final unless otherwise noted.
