How do SENJIN drops work?

SENJIN operates on a limited drop model. Each piece, which we call an "artifact," is released in a finite quantity at a specific date and time announced beforehand. Due to the exclusive nature of our products, once a drop sells out, it will not be restocked. To receive notifications and exclusive access, we highly recommend joining our mailing list.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days for domestic orders. We unfortunately do not ship internationally at this time.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Due to the extremely limited nature of our drops, all sales are final. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for sizing errors. We urge you to consult our sizing guide carefully before completing your purchase. If you believe you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

How should I care for my hoodie?

To preserve the quality of the intricate embroidery and 3D puff print, we strongly recommend you wash the garment inside out with cold water on a gentle cycle. Hang to dry. Do not tumble dry, bleach, or iron directly over the graphics.
